REPAIR TIMES
Most tack repairs are done within 48-72 hours.
Zipper repairs on boots, chaps, and half chaps, are typically done in 24 hours or less.
For those in a rush please book an appointment and your repair will be scheduled for a quick turnaround.

What type of material do you use for re-flocking?
Primarily white wool, long fiber, Jacobs wool, and synthetic.
How much does saddle repair cost?
Price varies depending on the nature of the repair, and the condition of the saddle.
Boot zipper replacement: $95 for single | $175 for a pair
When bringing boots in for zipper replacement please bring both, as they will be cleaned, conditioned, and polished before being returned.
Short or long billet replacements: $165
Point Billet replacement: $225
Re-rubber reins: $75

How do you treat mold and mildew?
After initial thorough cleaning with Bee Natural saddle soap, we follow with Bee Natural Rudy’s conditioner and mold inhibiter.
If I get a new horse, can my current bridle be resized to fit it?
Yes! Contact Bob for the appropriate measurements and we’ll custom size your bridle to your new horse.
Can my martingale be shortened?
Yes, we can shorten martingales.
Do you install nameplates?
If purchased through Saddlers Row, nameplates can be installed for $3.50, if purchased elsewhere instillation is $10.
